The boy who harnessed the wind is about a young boy named William who takes us throug his struggles of the famine and what he plans on doing to help his family. He made a windmill out of scraps he found laying around and gave his family electricity for free. He plans on making a second windmill to pump water so his family doesn't have to depend on the rain and they would never have to experience another famine again.
